360 Inspection

The 360° Inspection provides an in-line and complete check of your product, typically at the end of the production line. Are all labels placed correctly and do they appear the way you want it? Codes OK? Closure OK? No damages? Correct label types used? The system checks with a 360° view (based on input from multiple camera’s) realtime the complete product. The in-line inspection speed is up to 60.000 units per hour.

This is one of the inspection modules of the modular inspection platform Basic Scout. Each Basic Scout system is ready for usage by the customer. It consists of one or more optical units (camera and illumination) connected to a control unit containing the processing unit, inspection software and user interface. The system can be supplied with rejecter, and can also be connected to an existing rejecter already in place at the customer.
